Sports Venue Booking

Running a sports venue is hard work. Bookings often come in by phone, message, or paper. Staff update schedules by hand. Owners do not know how full their courts are or how often customers come back.

Players had their own problems. They wanted an easy way to see which courts were free, book a slot, manage a membership, and get their friends together for a game.

The client needed one system that made booking simple for players and gave venue staff full control over bookings, members, payments, and daily work.

We designed and built three connected products: a mobile app for players, an admin dashboard for venue staff, and a super admin platform for the business owner.

Court booking. Players see live availability and reserve a court in a few taps.

Memberships and packages. Regular players can buy a subscription or a prepaid bundle of games.

Payments. Bookings, memberships, and extras are paid inside the app, safely.

Teams and players. Users invite friends, manage who is playing, and set up group sessions.

Game sessions. Players can create a game, join one, and manage it while it runs.

Scores and history. The app keeps track of scores, past games, and each player's activity.

Bookings and account. Users see upcoming and past bookings, and manage their profile, notifications, security, and payment history.

Admin dashboard. Venue staff watch bookings, members, payments, and daily performance in one screen.

Super admin platform. The business manages all venues, users, subscriptions, reports, and system settings from a single control centre.

We wanted booking a court to feel as easy as ordering food. Every step, from sign-up and choosing a membership to confirming a booking and running a game, was made as short as possible.

The app is designed for mobile first. Membership options are clear. Payment takes only a few taps. During a game, players can update scores and see changes right away.

One design system covers the player app, the admin dashboard, and the super admin platform. Each role sees different screens, but they all look and work the same way, so staff and players learn them quickly.

The platform runs on AWS. Its main parts are a court booking engine, a membership service, a payment system, player and team management, match and session tracking, and analytics and reporting.

The admin dashboard and super admin platform sit on top of the same core, so a change in one place shows everywhere at once.
