The Admin Dashboard is a backend portal that a business can make its own. It handles the common jobs every company needs, such as managing users, viewing data, and running services, and it can be re-branded with a new logo, colours, and domain in minutes.
Gunpowder Innovations designed and built it as a white-label product. That means one dashboard can serve many different companies, each looking like their own.
How we started
Many businesses need the same admin tools, but building them from zero each time is slow and costly. We wanted one flexible dashboard that could be set up quickly, grow with the business, and carry any brand.
The goal was a clean, easy-to-use portal that turns complex data into simple screens and makes managing users and services fast.
Our process
Research. We worked with stakeholders to list the must-have features, define user roles, and decide what admins need to control. We also studied similar products to make sure the portal would work across different industries.
Design. We designed the interface in Figma. Layouts are clean, navigation is simple, and charts and tables make information easy to read at a glance. The design system was built so that colours and branding can be swapped quickly.
Development. We built the portal in React with a modular structure, so features can be added or removed without touching the rest. It includes API connections, role-based access, and detailed user permissions. We tested it across devices and browsers to make sure it works everywhere.
